I recently spent 6 days at a small boutique-style hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious and clean, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in early and store our luggage after check-out without any extra charge. The hotel's attention to detail was fantastic, and the breakfast provided was modest but satisfying.
No complaints, everything was great with this hotel.

Very nice hotel - clean, comfortable, large rooms. Good breakfast, friendly staff. The location is pretty good - about 7 mins walk from the subway station; only one subway stop away from city center (Nevsky/Gostinny Dvor) and two from the main railway station.
The entrance is weird - no signage at all (do not be put off - the lobby is nice). Room cleaning during the stay was a little odd.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices for spacious rooms with private bathrooms. The attention to detail is evident in their efforts to refurbish the rooms, making the stay quite pleasant. Additionally, the location is ideal as it is close to the subway and within easy reach of the city center.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

Very convinient room without smoke in the air that was speaking much by co-travellers(perhaps I was just lucky). Enough Eupopean breakfast, very pleasant staff, except one case, when friends come to visit me for a few days (it was just a position of one administartor, but a wonderful image of the hotel was crashed down by this situation and i work hard with myself to save the positive image of this really nice place. Everything is close to this hotel, even at night you can get home in a few minutes. I have a very romantic view from the window-a church and a yard, where young people gave concerts from time to time. It's nice-you are in the room-and hear for winderful singing. In short it's a nice place to stay for a long period. but some administrattors should study how to work with clients-politeness is not a difficult thing)

A large room with a high ceiling. The hotel is located in a lively non- tourist area close to a metro station.
The room was very hot, and there was no ac.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is evident. I was impressed by the spacious twin room with a private bathroom. The room was well-equipped with a fridge, kettle, and a nice selection of snacks and beverages. The location is convenient, being close to the subway and within easy reach of the city center. The staff were also friendly and helpful, despite some language barriers.
No major issues, everything was fine.

The hotel is very nice and we really did enjoy our stay. The location according to the main attractions is rather comfortable. The rooms are spacy and clean. Breakfast was a pleasant supise, we really liked it. The hotel staff is very hospitable.
The only thing we didn't like - the crossroad. All the windows face it. Traffic can be intense even at night, so it can be noisy.

Perfect location, Free and relaible internet, reasonable price (it was equally important criterion for choice along with the location), nice buffet breakfast, responsible service. Safe area with lots of shops and restaurants, but not as loud as in the downtown.
No air conditioning, but that is a minor problem in a house made of brick. The room is also equipped with air fan. I was there during long, hot days and I did not feel any discomfort.

Nice amenities and good location. The hotel had nice amenities such as a fridge and kettle in the room. The location was also good as it was near transportation options and easy to get around. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the hotel.
Unfriendly staff and noise issues. Unfortunately, the staff was not friendly or welcoming.

Nice hotel. Breakfast is ok - choice of yogurt, cereals, eggs and stuffed pancakes. Stuff is very nice, and rooms are quite clean.
Bathtub is very narrow (even for a slim person), not comfortable to sit, and no shower curtain, so you can't take a shower without flooding the floor. Window curtains are also of poor design, with wide gaps, so you can't have the room totally darkened. With bright summer nights that could be a problem for some people. Also, outside there is no sign for the hotel, just a small tablet on the entrance door with the hotel name (which is a weird name!), so you have to know the exact address when looking for it - then it is not a problem.

Good location, good breakfast, decently furnished room for the price.
The room looking over the street was quite noisy.

I was really satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch and the hotel facilities were great. Additionally, the location of the hotel near the metro made it really easy for me to explore the city. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Even though they couldn't speak English, they made every effort to support me.
Couldn't find any faults at all!

Convenient location, within 10 minutes walk from metro station. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom and spacious bedroom. Quiet environment. Good price.
Staff are helpful but not all of them can speak English. Hotel is old-fashioned. Carpet in bedroom is not clean. Water must be run for a while in the morning before it becomes hot.
